4. Intellectual property

The LISTAI platform, its code, design and brand belong to the publisher. Content published by users remains the property of its authors or rights-holders; product photographs and the names and logos of shops and brands belong to their respective owners, and LISTAI claims no rights in them (section 6 of the Terms of Use).
