- your device and app version when relevant — the iPhone app, the website or the browser extension;
- a screenshot, if it helps to show the problem.
Purchases
For a purchase issue, describe what happened and, if you wish, add the details or receipt of your Apple purchase. Never send card numbers or other payment details — we do not need them and will not ask for them.
